This Sake is brewed using artisanal (kurodo) techniques, combined with the Shichida’s brand concept of “drawing the maximum umami from rice” as well as the “lightness” of low alcohol. Delightful flavours of pear and melon, and a silky texture – the well-balanced sweetness and the moderate acidity brings out Shichida’s original refreshing umami.
